Healing Tails provides veterinary medical services for pets including but not limited to:
All appointments must be scheduled in advance except for emergency cases. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients are expected to arrive on time for scheduled appointments.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Payment for services is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and digital wallets. All fees are subject to change without notice.
All medical records are the property of Healing Tails. However, pet owners have the right to access their pet's medical records upon request. We may charge a reasonable fee for copying and transferring records.
While we strive to provide 24/7 emergency care, the availability of specific specialists may vary. In cases where specialized care is required and not available, we will make every effort to refer you to an appropriate facility.
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet, veterinary medicine is not an exact science. We cannot guarantee specific results from any treatment or procedure. Pet owners assume all risks associated with veterinary care.
By bringing your pet to Healing Tails, you consent to examination and treatment by our veterinary staff. For surgical procedures or specialized treatments, specific written consent will be obtained.
We may request permission to use photographs of your pet for marketing purposes. You have the right to decline this request, and refusal will not affect the quality of care your pet receives.
Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
